SUMMARY:Ensemble Charité: Schubert Reimagined
DESCRIPTION:Save the Date for this upcoming concert benefitting The Preservery Foundation. Featuring selections from Franz Schubert’s Winterreise arranged for string quartet and voice. \nEnsemble Charité is a not-for-profit organization with both charitable and musical ambitions. The concept is to perform concerts\, most of which I will conduct\, of different size ensembles depending on the repertoire\, including full chamber orchestra\, string quartets\, or string chamber orchestras. There will be a mix of professional leadership\, and pre-professionals gaining experience. The orchestra and overhead of the performances will be funded by donations. The concerts will take place in the cities of the chosen charity\, and will optimize for using local musicians. 100% of the ticket proceeds will go to the charity. Eventually\, we would like to have concerts all over the world\, raising money for a variety of charitable organizations.

SUMMARY:Zimbabwe Mission Partnership Fundraising Event
DESCRIPTION:Team Zimbabwe is mobilizing once again to bring hope to over 600 orphans and vulnerable children at Heather Chimhoga Orphan Care in rural Zimbabwe.  You can walk\, run\, ride\, swim\,or even skip as you raise donations to feed\, clothe\, provide medical care\, school fees and many other necessities to so many children in need! \nThere are several ways you can join Team Zimbabwe as we MOVE to bring HOPE TO THE ORPHANS in Zimbabwe: \nOn Sunday\, June 2\, 2024\, we will be gathering at Riverdale Regional Park in Adams County to ride\, walk\, run or skip as we travel  “a mile” (or more) in the shoes of an orphan in Zimbabwe. Other activities available at the park include volleyball\, frisbee golf and even fishing!  We will be providing a boxed lunch to pre-registered fundraisers. Join us for a day of fun and fellowship as we “Move” for the orphans and learn about the ways we are providing hope to these vulnerable children! \nYou can also join Team Zimbabwe as a Virtual participant\, raising donations for the orphans in Zimbabwe in any way that works for you.  You might decide to participate in another organized ride/run/walk or simply complete a certain number of miles on your own time in honor of the orphans. \nChallenging Times Call for Courageous Action!  Get MOVING and save lives! SUMMARY:Voices Rock
DESCRIPTION:Voices Rock is Denver’s original adult rock choir. We welcome everyone\, whether you’re a seasoned singer or have never performed in your life and just really want to sing and have fun! Rehearsal cycles typically run for ten weeks and culminate in a performance at the end of the session. The goal of Voices Rock is to build community\, and we provide several social opportunities outside of rehearsal for our members to get to know each other. We also strive to help our community through charity and several outreach performances each year.
