Presbytery of Havana, Cuba Partnership

Sunday, July 13 – Monday, July 21: Central members and friends experience  Havana, beaches, Presbyterian churches, and CANIP National Presbyterian  Camp in Cuba. Friendship building, cultural exchange, laundry facility projects  are part of this intergenerational trip. Sponsor a Cuban family at CANIP by contributing $100 https://centraldenver.com/donate/ (under fund, scroll  down to Cuba Camp Fundraiser) or write a check to Central Presbyterian and  include Cuba Camp Fundraiser in the memo line. Travelers will take supplies  to Cuba. These items are needed (please place in Tower Room in designated area): Functioning large suitcases with wheels, unused prescription medicines, over the counter medicines including painkillers, allergy aids,  vitamins, cold medicines, herbal supplements, diabetic testing supplies, twin  size sheets in good or new condition, working smart phones, working laptops  (not chromebooks), casual clothes and shoes in good or new condition –  all sizes, toothpastes, toothbrushes, razors, soaps, powdered milk, coffee,  rechargeable fans, solar lanterns.
